Early last year Footfalls & Heartbeats raised equity investment from the New Zealand Venture Investment Fund, Global from Day One Seed Investment Fund, and SparkBox Venture Group.
In August 2013 it issued an Investment Statement to raise $1,000,000 new equity at $21 per share. The issue was so popular they took oversubscriptions of $500,000 - the maximum allowable under that Investment Statement. For a summary of that offer click here.
To allow the company to persue growth opportunities and to accommodate the investors who were unable to obtain shares in the last issue the company has decided to raise an additional $500,000 of which about $250,000 should cover these oversubscriptions. The new shares are being issued on the same basis as before.
