Reed Myers is a Residential Property
Development company, concentrating on the First Home Buyer and Affordable
Housing markets – with an emphasis on Auckland. They currently have residential
developments in Hamilton, Thames, Wellsford, Pukekohe, Mt Wellington and two in
West Auckland.
Their wholly owned subsidiary - ReedMyers Triangle Ltd - has a development at
Triangle Rd in Massey which is 100% unconditionally sold to home buyers. The
total project cost is circa $24.5 million.
The owners have offered TBK Capital clients an opportunity to invest in
Preference shares in the development company. There is a total of only 4% of
these shares on issue available.
Shareholders will receive:

An 11% p.a. return over a minimum term of 9 months.

A share of the development profit share on completion of the Development.
The minimum investment is $5,000 which would provide the investor with a parcel of 8 shares. Investors are able to invest in additional amounts of $5,000 increments.
Land Use Resource Consent has been lodged and is 98% processed. The RMA team has a 100% track record on the issuance of Resource Consents for the last 24 years. AK Council has confirmed that there are no issues that concerned them.
The majority shareholder in the project, via a trustee company, will be providing a personal guarantee for the borrowings required to complete the project.
