Presentation Evening
A reminder that over the next month or so we will be hosting two presentations evenings.
A reminder that over the next month or so, we will be hosting two presentation evenings. The venue holds 40 people so reservations are essential. You can
book seat/s by replying to this email. Please specify the function/s you would
like to attend and the number of people attending.
The presentations are open to “wholesale” investors in terms of the Financial
Markets Conduct Act, and preference will be given to those who have requested Information Memorandums
describing current offers, or who have participated in previous offers promoted
by TBK Capital.
At both functions we have a guest speaker who will be talking about how
disruptive technology is influencing our lives. This will be followed by up to
4 projects being presented. Each presenter will give a 10 minute presentation
with 5 minutes for questions. At the end of the presentations refreshments will
be served during which attendees can talk informally with the representatives
of the companies presenting.

Madison hacking scare has received world-wide attention to the dangers of
lack of security over the Internet. SecureWealth uses a combination of security

under due diligence.

Common Ledger
Common Ledger’s cloud based product gives accountants a single process for
accessing financial data from accounting software, including Xero, MYOB and
Quickbooks. Accountants use that data for analysis, advisory work and new
product offerings. It has now finished its first $1 million build round of
capital raising and is now
raising a second build round.
RightWay
This is a new accounting and advisory service provider that’s revolutionising
the accounting service industry in Australasia. It is modelled on the
belief that the role of accountants is changing, and must now also include

Spotlight Reporting
This provides 4 cloud based business intelligence tools for accountants,
advisors and CFOs of businesses. Their current accounting software partners are
Xero and Intuit. See summary of Offer here.
These functions are free and a must for investors interested in private capital placements. Such offers are an essential part of the capital markets here
as a precursor to more public raisings such as crowdfunding and IPOs.
All requests to attend must be with us by Friday 16th October for the October Function and Friday 6th November
for the November
